Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using JobSynk ("the Service"), operated by QQ Studios LLC at jobsynk.qq-studios.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

JobSynk is an AI-powered career management platform that provides:

• Job search aggregation across multiple job boards and APIs.
• Application tracking and pipeline management.
• AI-generated cover letters and resume analysis (ATS optimization).
• Salary research and labor market insights.
• Interview scheduling and networking tools.
• Weekly career reports and actionable recommendations.
• Push, email, and SMS notifications for application updates.

3. Account Registration

To use JobSynk, you may create an account using email and password through Firebase Authentication, or use certain features anonymously with limited functionality.

• You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

4. Subscription and Payments

JobSynk offers paid subscription plans processed through Stripe:

• Monthly — $29/month
• Quarterly — $69/3 months
• Semi-Annual — $109/6 months

Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless canceled before the renewal date.

Money-Back Guarantee: We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied within the first 30 days of your subscription, contact us at billing@qq-studios.com for a full refund.

Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. You will retain access to paid features until the end of your current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused time beyond the 30-day guarantee window.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Scrape, crawl, or use automated tools to extract data from the Service.
• Abuse, overload, or interfere with the Service's infrastructure or API rate limits.
• Use the Service for any illegal, fraudulent, or unauthorized purpose.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts or data.
• Share your account credentials with others or allow multiple people to use a single account.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service.
• Use the Service to harass, spam, or harm others.

6. Intellectual Property

The JobSynk platform, including its design, code, branding, and features, is the property of QQ Studios LLC and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You retain full ownership of any data you upload or create within the Service (resumes, notes, contacts, job entries). We claim no ownership over your content.

7. User Content

Resumes, job tracking data, notes, and other content you provide remain your property. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process, store, and transmit your content solely for the purpose of providing and improving the Service.

You are responsible for ensuring that any content you upload does not violate the rights of others or any applicable laws.

8. AI-Generated Content

JobSynk uses AI models (Google Gemini and Groq) to generate cover letters, resume suggestions, career analysis, and other content. Please be aware that:

• AI-generated content is provided as a starting point and suggestion, not as professional career, legal, or financial advice.
• You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and approving all AI-generated content before using it.
• AI outputs may contain inaccuracies, and we do not guarantee their correctness or suitability for any specific purpose.
• We are not liable for any consequences resulting from your use of AI-generated content.

9. Third-Party Services

JobSynk integrates with various third-party APIs and services (including Remotive, Arbeitnow, Adzuna, JSearch, Hunter.io, Clearbit, Abstract, EmailJS, ntfy.sh, Twilio, BLS, and CareerOneStop) to provide its features.

• We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or reliability of third-party services.
• Third-party services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies.
• If a third-party service becomes unavailable, certain features of JobSynk may be temporarily limited.

10. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

• We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure at all times.
• We are not liable for any job outcomes, hiring decisions, or career results arising from your use of the Service.
• To the maximum extent permitted by law, QQ Studios LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.
• Our total liability for any claim related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Termination

• By You: You may delete your account at any time from your account settings. Upon deletion, all your data will be permanently removed within 30 days.
• By Us: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, engage in abusive behavior, or use the Service in a way that harms other users or our infrastructure. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you before taking such action, except in cases of severe or urgent violations.

12. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved in the courts of the State of Florida.

13. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms of Service from time to time. When we make significant changes, we will notify you through the app or via email. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
